  • Applying a knife 460mm enables simultaneous cutting of 10mm (40 strands) and rapid cutting of high-strength rebar
  • Equipped with rebar alignment devices as standard. Installed 2 supply tables. If rebars are twisted When cutting 10 to 16mm rebars especially, it can be untwisted with vibration, minimizing operator’s fatigue and maximizing work efficiency by reducing accordingly.
  • Apply a convenient and easy-to-operate Korea max 15inches touch screen. For operator’s convenience using existing equipment, the existing toggle operating arrangement is applied to the large touch screen to enable convenient operation.
  • As touch screen specifications are applied by a decompression format, touch operation is designed to perform without any discomfort even with heavy gloves at winter.
  • With a smart function that informs the areas of failure and error in case of equipment malfunction
  • With simple mode switching function to maximize operator’s convenience.
  • Smart functions are equipped by combining with many experience and A/S know-how to resolve immediately in the event of frequent A/S issues.
  • Equipped with control functions to check and adjust by real-time for operator’s selection, such as transfer time, discharge time, and rebar alignment time after rebar cutting
  • Equipped with A/S prevention function that identifies the number of cutting in the equipment and informs the pre-check parts and various oil kinds to the operator.
  • Equipped with the equipment history function recording system problem by figuring out abnormalities (error, failure) during operating, which allows for operator to check and pre-check when visiting for euipment checking.
  • An excellent effect in rebar processing management can be expected by checking automatically for equipment use(running rate) by day, month, and year.
